All content provided by Gerald — including stock picks, entry zones, price targets, stop-loss levels, confidence scores, and any AI-generated commentary — is for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Gerald and its operators accept no liability for investment losses, trading losses, or any financial harm resulting from your use of this service.

Gerald offers a free 10-day trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Gerald reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute Gerald's content without written permission; (b) use Gerald to engage in market manipulation or any unlawful activity; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any part of the service; (d) share your account credentials with others.
All content, branding, algorithms, and software comprising Gerald are the intellectual property of Gerald's operators. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the service for personal, non-commercial use only.
Gerald is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gerald and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or data loss.
Gerald reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
